At SendXpro, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order or booking across different modules, and what to expect in return.
Cancellation eligibility and timelines vary by service type.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow the Refund Policy timelines and methods.
We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if the order is already in a non-cancellable stage (processed, packed, dispatched, or delivered).
Users can cancel via the sendXtrue app or contact our support team.
Free Cancellation: Within 5 minutes of placing the order or before the vendor confirms it.
Not Eligible: Once the order is confirmed by the vendor or food preparation has started.
Cakes & Beverages: No cancellation if custom-made or already dispatched.
For prepaid orders cancelled within the valid window, a refund will be initiated.
Allowed: Only before the order is packed and dispatched.
Not Eligible: For perishable items like vegetables, meat, dairy, and frozen products once dispatched.
How to Cancel: Use the “My Orders” section to request cancellation before dispatch.
Free Cancellation: Before a delivery partner is assigned.
Cancellation Charges: May apply if the delivery agent has been assigned or reached the pickup point.
No Refund: For last-minute cancellations after pickup or due to incorrect addresses.
Cancellation Allowed: Only if the printing process hasn’t started.
Not Eligible: Once the design is approved and the order is in production.
Custom prints are made-to-order; therefore, cancellation after processing is strictly not allowed.
Free Cancellation: Before vehicle or delivery partner assignment.
Cancellation After Assignment: May incur charges based on distance/time already invested.
Not Eligible: Once pickup has been completed or the item is in transit.
Frequent cancellations without valid reasons may lead to account review or restriction.
In case of suspected fraudulent activity, cancellations and refunds may be withheld pending investigation.
Cancelled COD orders will not incur charges, but excessive misuse of COD may lead to its restriction for your account.
